We are pleased that GW's Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders Institute will perform research and policy work to address the needs of people with autism across various life stages. As our son matured, both he and our family began to face new challenges. There were not a lot of good programs, policies or strategies for individuals with autism transitioning to adulthood.
